Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped once processed and filled (3-5 business days). Tracking is provided for all orders, however is only available while the package is in the United States. An American in Thailand is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks depending on the country.

USPS First Class with tracking (5-7 business days)

USPS Priority with tracking (2-3 business)

Canada Shipping

USPS International First Class (5-12 business days)

International Shipping

USPS International First Class (5-12 business days)


If we make a mistake, please accept our apologies. We will do our best to take care of the problem and make sure you the quality product.  

Faulty Product: If the product has a hole, stains or a manufacturing defect.

Placement Issue: If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1"). 

Incorrect Image: If we printed the wrong image. 

Wrong Item Sent: 
If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.

Replacement Request Instructions:

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, please follow the instructions below for an exchange.
  • Take a photo of the problem. If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
  • Send an email with the subject line Replacement Request to
  • Please include the following:
    The photo(s)
    A specific description of the issue
    The order number.
    If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
